Define: workshopping customer profiles and value proposition canvas, designing draft service packages
Develop: Refining service packages, brand tone-of voice, customer experience, individual customer journey marketing drafts.
Deliver: Project summaries and materials + Future concept ideas and next step planning. Santamäki will prototype created service packages and iterate as needed.

Maijun ja Katan kanssa ollut aivan mieletön projekti takana. Hyvin ammattimaisia, asiantuntevia mutta myös inspiroivia koko projektin ajan. Tekeminen on ollut kaikin puolin miellekästä, mutta myös erittäin tehokasta ja tuottoisaa. Molemmilla luontainen ote ohjaukseen ja selkeästi prosessit sekä työkalut hallussa. Tämän lisäksi selkeä kyky tuottaa itse sisältöä ja inputtia out of the box, mikä on erittäin arvokasta palveluiden kehittämisessä.
Jämäkkä mutta rento ote myös tuonut tekemisen meininkiä. Ei turhaa jargonia vaan suoraan asiaan - arvostan.
